Individual tablecloths for the summer

Hello,

Some months ago I saw some individual tablecloths handmade that were very beautiful so I've decidet to do two for my parents, now that arrived the summer they have breakfast outside. Today I enjoy the sunday doing some things and begin the two individual tablecloths that I hope I will finish by this week. They have 45X35cm and on the front they have summer draws and at the back they will be plain. The fabriks are cotton and linen, two fabriks that are ideals for the sunmmer ;-).

In a few days I will upload the pictures of the result.

Bracelets

Hello!

With good weather we begin to change clothes and complements. Is time to say goodby to gloves, scarfs and coats, and is time to brooches, scarfs and bracelets. In summer we wear a lot of bracelets that suit with all clothes and we can show them more than in winter ;-). I had a new lace to do bracelets and I made one bracelet I learnt to do two years ago. Always I did with a little lace and now I use a bigger one. I didn't know how to close the bracelet and I decided to do with a lilac button I had. This bracelets are very easy, if you look through Yourube you can find a lot of tutorials to make some of them and why not design yours.

I think I will buy laces of different colors and I will continue doing bracelets for this summer.

Redecorating!

Hello!!

Spring it's the time of the year that brings the sun, the colors, the good weather. The houses changes, they are open almost all the day and everytihing has a different color. At home everybody is also changing the winter clothes for spring clothes. This year I decided to do new cushions for my sofa with a lot of colors. I had the fabrik since december and last week it was time to made the cushions ;-) and put them in the sofa!

I have in mind for the next days a bag for the summer and some new projects.

Scissors case - sewing

Hello!

I've being thinking about doing a scissors case. Some months ago I made a pincushion and now I've sew the scissors case. Next step will be a new sewing box also handmade.

Today in a little time I begin this project and here you have the result. There are a lot of tutorials to create scissors cases, I followed this "Hecho de tela: Tutorial funda para tijeras". It's very easy and from now I will have the scissors always near.

These days of Eastern holidays where everybody is changing the clothes for the spring  I will do some cushions that I hope I will show you soon.

Vanity case and Spring

Hola!!!

This week has begun the Spring although for the moment with no good weather and sun but soon will be a lot of colors around ;-). Today I show you a vanity case with orange and red colors that is very nice. It's my second project with zipps and it was no so difficult as the first time. I follow the tutorial from these blog that has a lot of creations and tutorials http://www.funkypatch.com/. As I still have some fabric of this pattern I am thinking about doing a wallet, another vanity case or something else. Do you have any idea?

I will follow playing these next weeks with colors, the sun, the Spring...

Last buffs before the end of the winter

Soon will be spring, the days are longer these days, there are hotter weather and we are with the colds typicals of changing weather. This last weekend I went to the mountaint, to enjoy the nature, disconnect and enjoy a weekend with friends, two days for charge energy.

This two days we have the company of the two little kids less than one year old, and I had the opportunity of gave them two buffs especially done for them. For the little kids that make smile us during two days. For the little kids that are discovering the world, that have the innocence we lost when we grew, that have the best smiles for everyone and also the best cryings (they don't have another way to communicate ;.), that they have a life to discover.

Personalised pocket trays ;-)!!!

This last weeks I've been making personalised pockets trays for two friends that have a cottage in Catalonia (Cal Gabriel). They ask me to do litlle pocket trys for the rooms that have differents colors and with the logo of the house. One colleague from my job help me with the stamps, she creats a perfect and lovely stamp for my project. The interior of the pocket trays are equal and the exterior have differents colors. They will be perfect for the rooms ;-). It's a cottage where people is the first and all is with little details for your comfort. It's a place for relax and enjoy the mountains for a weekend or more. I can't wait for a long to the the pocket trays there ;-).

Here you have the photos of the process that it was very funny and little by little. These weeks I had few time so I did the pocket trays in free little times I had to desconnect.

Now I will begin with another project ;-)
